Brafords

Malcom is our heifer bull that was also a show bull. When penned by the house, he likes to get out and eat bird feed. Malcom has consistently thrown white faced calves between 50-80 lbs. We have had no calving problems using this bull, they come out small and are really growthy, big boned calves. The other bonus to using him, is that he loves people and to be scratched and eat grain, so he is very easy to catch.
Felicity took the trip to the Houston Show were she was Reserve Champion Heifer Calf. This cow has really produced and is an easy keeper. She is out of our old G-Rod bull and a One Step Cow, that was also a Houston show heifer.
Three of our great producing cows. Felicity (pictured above) on the far left. 6129E, a great One Step daughter that we've had show heifers out of, is in the middle. Casey, out of a One Step cow and Lover Boy is on the right.
602K is a really nice bred heifer out of Pre, a son of B4209 and a 3/4 Braham cow. Her dam is out of G - Rod, a son of TW, a 3/4 Braham bull, and an old Polled Hereford Cow.  She is bred to Money Maker, a son of 124H Homebuilder.

Here is a group of Braford cows out on winter range.
This heifer is a full sister to our heifer bull Money Maker, they are both out of 124H Homebuilder and an older 3/4 cow, 4188E. She is a really nice maternal cow with a really nice udder.
212K is a really nice cow that has produced a lot of nice show quality calves for us. She is out of son of Loverboy and cow that is out of TW, 7083E.
4155E is an old cow out of the old 3/4 bull, Spot. She has been a really nice cow and has produced some really nice calves. At 14 yrs old she still has an outstanding udder and feet. Her calf this year was one of the calves in the show heifer pen.
6169E is one of the old One Step cows. She is an outstanding cow at 12 years old and produces great calves. We have taken her calves to Houston in the past and we had her 2007 heifer in the show heifer pen.
7083E is the dam of 212K. She is really nicely marked cow out of TW. She produces really nice well balanced, nicely marked calves. This cow has a lot of bone and balance that she passes down to her calves.
